Please note that if you are bringing a child under the age of 18, parents/guardians/caregivers MUST remain in the lobby of the clinic or parking area during your child’s appointment. Parents/guardians/caregivers are NOT permitted to drop off or leave their child for any reason. Please be available in the lobby 10 minutes prior to the end of the session so that we have sufficient time to review the session, your child’s progression, and to discuss any recommended therapeutic strategies or techniques to use at home.


Unscheduled Visits/Walk-Ins
Our clinic does not accept walk-in appointments. Please call ahead for a consultation and to establish an appointment time.


Late Arrivals
In order to provide you with prompt service and respect all our scheduled patients, please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment in order to complete any required paperwork, etc. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for an appointment you may still be seen or you may be asked to reschedule the appointment.


No Shows
Patients who do not show up for their appointment without a call to cancel will be considered as NO SHOW. Patients who No-Show two or more times in a row, may be dismissed from the clinic, thus they will be denied any future appointments. We understand that life happens and there will be situations that arise in which you must cancel your appointment. It is, therefore, requested that if you must cancel your appointment you provide at least a 24 hours notice. This will enable for another person who is waiting for a make-up session or an evaluation to be scheduled in that appointment slot.  In the event of an emergency in which prior notice was not possible, a one time exception may be granted with the discretion of your therapist.
