I was born in Atlanta and raised in Georgia. As a young adult I lived in France, New York, and Nevada. I returned to Atlanta after many adventures and attended Georgia State University, where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Later I attended Brenau University and received a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy.

I am a firm believer in finding balance in our lives. When we have physical and emotional equilibrium, we feel good and have peace within. I believe in the power of positivity and that nature nurtures us. I work hard and I play hard. In my free time, I love spending time with my family and friends. My hobbies are traveling, watching movies, hiking, exercising, meditating, reading, listening to music, going out on my kayak and hanging out at the beach. I have an amazing daughter that keeps me on my toes! I love animals and have a crazy cat named Coco.
