COVID-19 ALERT: I want to assure you that the health and safety of my patients is my priority. I continue to follow CDC recommendations for the most up-to-date guidance. The federal government ended the COVID-19 public health emergency on May 11, 2023; however, patients and their families may choose to wear a mask at any time. If you have been exposed to Covid-19 and you have a fever and/or symptoms, such as difficulty breathing or a cough, please cancel your appointment, call your physician or healthcare provider for advice or go the emergency room.

If you are sick, please cancel your appointment in advance and stay home. The following reasons warrant canceling your appointment:

 

  • Fever of 100.4° F or higher (oral/temporal): Patients may not to return to the clinic until 24 hours after the fever is gone without the use of fever reducing medication.

  • Vomiting or diarrhea: Patients may return to the clinic if patient has been symptom free for 24 hours

  • Strep throat: Patients may return after 24 hours of treatment with antibiotics.
